+ Is Canva free?

Yes Canva is free to use which is great when you’re first starting out.

Canva Pro is the paid version that comes with additional features including a brand kit where you can keep your brand assets and 100GB storage for photos and assets. Monthly plan is $13.99 AUD. Click here to sign up.

+ What if I don’t know how to use Canva?

We understand that not everyone will know how to use Canva which is why we have put together easy to follow video instructions to show you exactly how to save and edit your template. These are included with every template bundle.

Canva was designed for the non-designer so it is super easy to use. There are loads of tutorials if you don’t know how to do anything.

+ Will I need to purchase anything extra with this template?

You can start by using the free version of Canva. You won’t have to purchase any fonts or graphics. Canva has a huge range you can use. If you do have your own fonts you would like to use that are not available on the free version on Canva then you will have to upgrade to a pro account. You can then create your own brand toolkit with fonts and graphics.

We do recommend using the pro version for business so you can make full use of its additional features.

+ Can I add my own logo?

Yes the templates are completely customisable and you can very easily upload your own logo and insert it in the template. Instructions come with the template.

+ Can I change the colours?

Yes the templates are completely customisable and you can change the colours, fonts and images to suit your brand.

+ What if I need to change the layout slightly?

Yes you can certainly change the layout if you need but we do recommend you use our layout as a guide. If you are changing layouts we recommend you make a copy of the template just in case so that you can go back to the original design if you need.

+ Do you offer support?

Yes we offer free email support. If you need further assistance that goes beyond the advice given over email then we can provide you with a quote based on your requirements.

Canva also has a load of free video tutorials and guides to help you use their platform.

+ Can I hire someone to fill in the templates for me?

Our templates are designed to be DIY friendly and we provide some easy to follow video instructions for you. It takes you step by step through the process of making changes to your templates. We recommend making the changes yourself as it is the best way to learn how to use your template, making edits down the track much easier.

+ Will the templates be ok to print?

Yes Canva offers different file formats to download your designs in. You can create print ready PDFs, digital PDFs, image files such as jpeg or png and PowerPoint presentations.

+ What if I need to change the size of my templates?

That’s not a problem, you can resize any of our templates to your desired size. We show you how to do this in our video tutorial that comes included with the template.

+ How long do I have access to the template?

You will have your template for life. Just save it to your designs in Canva and you will be able to edit and update it whenever you like.

+ Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our designs we do not offer refunds as there is no way guarantee the return of the product. We ask that you carefully consider your choice and read the whole product description so you can be sure you know what you’re getting. You can find our returns policy here.

+ Can I use this for more than one business?

If you would like to use the same template for another business you will need to purchase an additional license for that business. One template purchase is one license.
