Copyright Policy

All templates are copyright owned by EMCO Design. By purchasing the templates you agree to the following:

Each template is valid for use in one single business. If you have more than one business and you want to use the template for that business also you must purchase another licence. One purchase = one licence.

You must not share the templates, graphics or files with anyone else.

You must not re-sell, sublicense, publish, post, display, distribute or reproduce the templates, graphics or files or claim the designs as your own.

Any photography provided in the templates are for demonstration purposes only and must be replaced with your own images. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.

All templates are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of these templates we do not offer returns or exchanges as there is no guarantee for the return of the templates. We cannot issue any refunds once the purchase has been made. Please be careful when selecting a template pack and check the image of each item that will be provided in the purchase. If you have any questions regarding the templates please check our FAQs. If you can’t find an answer to your question then please contact us before you make the purchase.

Template support policy

We do offer support for any issues you have with the template itself, the downloads and the files provided.

Videos are available with each download to help you with editing your templates so please watch these carefully. We are not able to help with any Canva user related issues, modifications to the templates or any problems you have with the software.

Other notes

All templates are customisable in Canva which is a free online design tool. For more editing options and flexibility with your templates you may need to upgrade to the Canva pro version which is subscription based.
